EVERYONE BELONGS! A new model of inclusive community living in Toronto.

After 45 years of vibrant community living, L’Arche Toronto is ready to welcome additional persons with intellectual disabilities (core members) who will engage with Toronto’s wider community in a more direct and mutually enriching way.

Since 2015, L’Arche Toronto has been exploring new housing models that are attractive, accessible, cost-effective and community-friendly for L’Arche Toronto’s future growth.

A new home, approximately 4,000 square feet, all on a single floor in a new condominium development, was envisioned to welcome five core members and three assistants in order to provide a fully-accessible, barrier-free and inclusive lifestyle.

This unique opportunity is in the heart of Toronto at Regent Park. The custom-designed unit in the Artworks Tower is under development with The Daniels Corporation.

The campaign EVERYONE BELONGS! will raise $3.8 million over the next three years to bring this opportunity to fruition and to create a more inclusive community in Toronto.

We are currently securing leadership gifts towards this campaign.

Please join us on this journey and help build on an extraordinary legacy!

EVERYONE BELONGS!  L’ARCHE TORONTO’S CAMPAIGN TO CREATE A PLACE TO LIVE, GATHER AND GROW.  A new model of inclusive community living in Toronto. The campaign will raise $3.8 million over the next three years to create a more inclusive community in Toronto by opening a condominium home in Regent Park for five individuals with intellectual disabilities and three assistants.

A donation of securities or mutual fund shares is the most efficient way to give charitably since the capital gains tax does not apply. Your security or mutual fund donation means a larger donation for L'Arche Toronto and it also means a larger charitable tax receipt for you. Please call Caroline or use the Canada Helps button above.
