How your gift will be used

​

A gift to L’Arche Toronto in your will support a community within the community working with others to build a world where everyone belongs. Your donation will support activities and social inclusion programs that contribute to L’Arche Toronto’s unique approach to providing a full circle of care and support for persons with intellectual disabilities. A gift in your will also help foster our intentional community.

Your gift will support important operating costs that are not covered by government funding. A gift left as an endowment fund could support a portion of operating costs over the long-term through annual proceeds.

A recent bequest was given by a long-time member of the L’Arche Toronto community and her trustee said,

‘It was of prime importance to Susan to be part of a community. Susan was convinced that L’Arche Toronto was a place where mutual relationships are central and where we help each other to grow in many different ways. She recognized that people with disabilities can change us for the better and that we can enhance their lives as well. Because of her deep gratitude for L’Arche Susan left a generous bequest to our community for which we in turn are very grateful!’
